L broccoli & stilton soup with parmesan crisps.(grated parmesan on baking tray 15 mins in oven)

B: cocktail stick breakfast - cubes of cheddar, chorizo, cucumber, tomatoes and a few almonds dipped in EVOO and eaten off cocktail sticks, cup of tea with whole milk.
l: none, just two cups of tea. Not hungry
S: strawberries, teaspoon of clotted cream, with some crumbled lemon coconut chocolate low carb biscuits on top. I made a batch of low carb biscuits based on the Bounty biscuits someone posted on here for Children in Need bake sale. I didn't have the coconut essence so used lemon instead. Quality control rejected two of them on the grounds of appearance so I had them instead!
D: leftover homemade veg soup

I found I was overcooking mine by waiting till the top looked done. By which time the sides and base were hardening up. Also I'm pretty sure it goes on cooking after you take it away from the heat, like scrambled egg. I now make mine in an oval bowl and take it out of the microwave when the middle of the top is still runny (about 45 secs). It then sets a bit more and the rest is softer.
I know it sounds picky but if a thing's worth doing it's worth doing right. We work hard for our treats.

Yesterday -
B - Mozzarella and avocado with home-made dressing of avocado oil, coconut vinegar, freshly ground black pepper. It did seem more like a starter.
Snack - 2 cherry tomatoes
L - Half a punnet of sliced mushrooms fried in ghee with 2 fried eggs
D - Cajun-seasoned roast chicken drumsticks with salad and home-made dressing

Evian 500ml x 3, Earl Grey tea w/soya milk x3, Throat Coat tea x 1, Stomach Ease tea x1, Moroccan mint tea x1

Work tea: Weird tasting chicken and salad
Supper: Handful walnuts and Brazil nuts.

Went to a cheese tasting event last night so dinner was 6 generous portions of different types of cheese. Managed to not be tempted by the bread, chutneys and wine Cheese was bloomin' gorgeous

Today:
B: Alpro coconut yoghurt with lemon curd and blueberries
L: Another silly school day where I had forgotten there was not going to be proper lunch, only a packed lunch so just as well I have a supply of olives and BabyBel in the science lab fridge
D: Tumbleweeds in the cupboard. Found a pack of Jamie Oliver curried chickpeas so had half a pack with some bacon

About to treat myself to a chocolate orange coffee with double cream and a square of Lindt 85% choc whilst crying over Children in Need

L: one ryvita with smoked salmon pate; salad; cube of double Gloucester and teaspoon of almonds; diet Coke
D: pan fried plaice, bok choi and broccoli steamed
S: red wine, cheese in front of Strictly, fizzy water at my neighbours' party later
