Ribena juice low sugar

Because im type2 can i drink Ribena juice the dilute tupe

I am type 2 and I drink, the dilute to taste Ribena, but I make sure, it is the no added sugar, type, I have had no problems, with a raise in BG levels, from drinking this, but as you will read, on this forum, everyone is an individual, and reacts to different foods, an drinks, in differing ways. All I can suggest is to try it and see what effects it has on your BG Levels (assuming you have a test meter)

P.S. Just done a test on a Ribena sample, undiluted, and it gives a 4.9, reading ,so no problems there

You should try Blackcurrant infusion tea's.
make it hot and just leave it to go cold.
