How many carbs in a protein roll?
They r more like 8. Someone said it ealierI believe they are 12g of carbs in each protein roll.
These are the ingredients for the rolls, if they vanish I will be trying to bake them. If I find a good ratio of ingredients I will let you all know.
I just wonder what they use as a raising agent?
