  • Although I was considered "cured" some time ago, I only need to partake one of the offending cakes and my next reading will be 8, 9 or 10.
    I recently took a kidney test the result of which was albumen/creatine level "exceptionally high". thus prompting another doctors appointment.
    Is there really no end to this saga.?

    There is no cure for diabetes. There is something called reversal, which puts one in the normal readout range and therefore an obviously healthier body as with someone who does not have diabetes. However, if you start to regularly forget the low carb diet, then the situation will probably eventually recur. It's still good to be in reversal, which some call remission.

    It's more of a lifestyle choice, rather than a one off fix.
    What do the experts do when you get a hyper from a late night reading. (12.7 ) Too dark to go for a brisk walk. Suffer in silence ?
