    going well so far..bloods good, weight stable (hoped it might come off a bit) feel fine , poo great as well. I think this will become my way of eating full time.. don't miss veg at all! Hope you are well too.

    Glad to hear that. I've been (virtually) plant free for more than 2 1/2 years now. It took about a month before I decided I'd go plant free forever. No signs of scurvy yet.

    Seems really great and cooking is easy too..got a sous vide cooker (anova) which makes cheaper cuts of meat really tasty and tender.. have you gone raw yet? not sure that's for me.. one step too far.. just had some pink chicken though..

    I like my meat cooked. I have bacon and eggs for breakfast, no lunch, and a ribeye steak for dinner generally.

    I'm not doing extended fasting... only my usual intermittent i.e. only eating lunch and dinner.. I think that everything we need is contained in an animal product only diet.

    Yep think I had a bit too much chicken breast last night.. woke up to higher than usual bloods.. was very nice tho..

    I've lost my taste for poultry. I eat almost exclusively red meat, apart from bacon and eggs for breakfast.
