    I think it may be 3 years come September since diagnose. I am able recentlybto stick my finger

    I am now one year a diabetic. I still take 4 pills per day. I eat less of food I enjoy but still eat many carbs.

    Where do I post questions? Why is this so confusing? Pleasevexplain how all this areas are for on this because there are so many all over.

    Can someone explain what update status is for? I assumed starting a thread was status. So give me for instance status update.

    Hello a status update is an update on your profile, it's not the same as starting a thread which is visible to other members and will gain responses from other members, have a look round the forum and ask questions if you get stuck.

    Hope this site helps understanding diabetes but just understanding how to use the site will be a challenge. Please simplify .

    How do I know people to follow? I am being asked names of people to follow but I am not familar with anyone.

    Hover the cursor over your name - top right, and a window appears, move cursor to 'your content' and click on it, your posts will appear, in chronological order. This is what I get on my PC - if you are using a small device it might be different.
