  Hi Alan, thanks for the reply I intend to go on an 800 diet but weight is not a factor I am only interested in getting proactive to my condition in attempt to remove fat from the Liver and Pancreas. I am not that heavy (83kgs) but loosing weight will be a bonus for other ailments I have
