Your calorie intake is low. You should be eating 2000 a day. Think about adding some fruit, diet yoghurts & lower carb ready meals if you don't like cooking. When I'm in a hurry, I buy a cooked rotisserie chicken from a supermarket & salad from their salad bar. Mini quiches are useful, with coleslaw & new potatoes. I'm sure you'll be happier relaxing the diet a tad. I wish you good health.
