    Lunch. Rice. One cup green salad with yogurt. (Sugar free). Two cup of mixed vegetables boiled. One pice grilled chicken chest.
    Dinner: 2 pice small size roti made from brown wheat. One piece fish. One cup green salad and two cups of boiled mixed vegetable.
