As you take insulin you should be fine with the toast, provided you dosed for it. Only you can judge if the meal was OK based on your numbers....

One hypo makes more likely within a 24hr period. Also muscles tend to take glucose back later in the day (6hrs I think) so possibly be prepared to...
1. The final formulation is not a pill yet.
2. No human clinical trials yet.
It could be that as your programme has developed you put more effort in? Are hypos only happening on gym days? Do you adjust insulin for exercise?
