How many carbs?

I am having about 50g carbs a day at the moment. I use burgen bread which is lower carb, high fibre. Salads for dinner. Lots of veggies with my tea.

How old were you when you first diagnosed with type 1?? And how long do you have it??

I was 23 when diagnosed. That was 8 years ago now.
