    My 6 wk LCHF results are in. Good, nearly good and not so good!

    But the NHS printout on my lab results says clearly that it is within the normal range. But there is no range given for LDL.

    My weight. I started at 240lbs. This morning my weight was 199.8. This following my hba1c of 5.3 yesterday and I feel I'm on a roll!!! :D
