    Thanks both and apart from when i had an op 10th July can't remember the last time i tested:shy: then it was 4.5, i just eat a sliming world diet...

    I eat alot of veg too but not potatoes, cant tolerate rice at all, banana's or grapes or baked beans everything else so far has been ok
