I did test after 15ms and it hardly changed so i panicked… again lol . Great advice though (the 15g)

    Type 2 Hypos….

Good morning all Last night I took my eye off the ball and gave myself way too much insulin for what I ate. As a result , about an hour later I had one of the worst hypos I have had in years… it dropped down to 2.8 on the Libre sensor and 3 on the blood glucose test. It was late at night and I...

    Type 2 Faulty sensor

Yes, i had to change the sensor in the middle of the night and when i took it out the needle didn’t even look like a needle and was bendy and soft. The new one seems to get ok. I was reading 7.6 and the finger prick was 6.7…. I understand that the finger prick is always gonna be more accurate...

    Diabetes and PIP benefit…

Thank you. I have had CBT before because I went through a point where I couldn’t tell the difference between a hypo and a panic attack ( this was prior to the Libre2 sensor and I had to depend on my accu check mobile). I had to travel to work on a packed tube in central London and thought I was...
