    This Keto thing is hard if you don’t have any support from your family. I’m going to stick at it come hell or high water. The you tube Chanel ( beat diabetes ) is just fantastic and checking your meter is a way of keeping your sugars down.

    Want to give Fasting a try

    I do the 16/8 fast and find it great my bs are average fasting at 6.2 Keto and low carb with no sugar is the way
