6.7 this morning. One of those budy busy days today. No breaks until classes finish this evening. But as I have had a relaxing week I don't feel tired.

I don't think I posted fbg today. It was 6.7. Today has flown by. It started with a walk in the park, then Bonnie's trainer came, then lunch, another dog walk, then admin and then classes. Not forgetting several cups of coffee. A good day - now some relaxing and reading time - and just maybe...

6.9 this morning. Podiatrist first thing. Feet are now perfect. This afternoon met an ex colleague for lunch -who I haven't seen for over 10 years. We had a lovely lunch - it was so nice meeting her again. Shortly will walk across the road to my venue for the evening classes.

6.5 this morning. Yesterday when we were driving home from Norwich classes there was an absolutely wonderful sunset. Of course Norfolk is renown for its endless big skies and the drive back from Norwich was perfect.

That sounds dreadfully hot @gennepher. Here in Norfolk it is beautifully sunny but there is a cool breeze blowing from the North Sea.

6.7 this morning. Am really enjoying taking it eas at the moment. Another long break between classes. Am going across the road for a lovely coffee (or two) and will read and relax.

6.9 this morning. We had a lovely visit to Gooderstone Water Gardens today. The trees, the water, the bridges, the plants and the grassy slopes make it a magical place. The rest of the day we have just relaxed and read and drank coffee.

6.6 this morning. Today we attended a class member's funeral online. We couldn't attend it in person, so it was good that we had the option of attending it online. She was such a lovely person and will be missed by everyone.

6.6 this morning. Boiler service took place this morning. Boiler ok for another year. Didn't book any 1:1s in case Engineer was held up. So another easy day as only evening classes in Norwich. We will leave shortly.
