    Mate ,i mean cut the carbs ,all carbs ,start with 10g carbs excluding fibers on a meal,rise activity level and get a cgm for a couple of months ,see whats good for you ,and also keto means hight fat low carb,you cand go protein as well but that depends of you general helth
