    Very positive stuff. I have just started the programme (week 2) and already with all the tips and advise on here I have seen a difference in a huge drop in sugar levels and blood pressure......and feeling very good about myself :-)

    Tired

    I had massively high sugar levels a few weeks back and my girlfriend also says I breath very erratically in my sleep. I could have slept standing up on the train !! You may have a combo of both. Feel more lively now my levels are back down but at the expense of more meds :-(

    Cheers, I wasn't a stranger to the site in my early days after diagnosis, but I guess I got complacent, didn't test regularly...if at all, and was never a participant. Age and a short sharp shock does help re-train the mind :-) Thanks for your support and good luck with your HBA1C

    Diagnosed Type 2 back in 2008 and put straight on Metformin, Ramapril, Simvastatin. All was going swimmingly and seemed to get away with plenty of 'naughties'....drinking, smoking, burgers and choccy.....in fact I thought I was invincible !! All came crashing down 2 weeks ago when my girlfriend...
