Hello, I got my 12-year-old daughter an iPhone 7 for Christmas so she could scan using her phone. However, even though the app seems to be working, the phone won’t scan the sensor at all. The phone says ‘ready to scan’, but nothing happens. It works fine with my iPhone 8, but this is no help...
