Me not on insulin so can't imagine what you have to contend with I know you said before you are a grazer may be you should be eating regularly. That is some sore leg you have think you should bite the bullet and see someone about it. Good luck with family lol. PS not preaching.;)

7.7 before bed last night on metformin 1000 daily and gliclazide 80mg but on loads of other meds due to rare lung condition. All help gratefully received.:)

4.5 so should be pleased but keep waking with thumping headaches drinking plenty.

Hope it is only the tree that is going to get it lol are you on medication that needs tweeked ?
