    I do have a rash which is itchy.pharmacist reccomended hydrocortisone cream and strong antihistamines so I am using them.

    9.4 at 6.15am.Never had that high a figure before.I could understand it if I had been pigging out.Pre b/f at 9.45..10.1.2 hrs after b/f 6.7. Dawn thingy? Why now.Answers on a postcard please. :)Seeing higher numbers really gets me down.
