    My breakfast is the same everyday. 3 boiled eggs and tea. And for my last meal i will eat anything like tuna sandwich or salad mixed with chicken. Or steak/ its different everyday but i avoid Rice and pasta.

    I remember when taking B6 it definitely had a effect to my blood sugars. It lowered it; vitamin C personally i avoid that in supplement form but i can get it from oranges; my blood test is on Monday so hopefully my A1c has improved
