    My Last was 60. It goes down maybe 3+ hours tops and I'm trying to get my fitness back on track, my diet hasn't been Good, but I'm staying away from junk-food, I am still figuring this low carb stuff out. My fasting blood sugars has drastically gone up.

    I think my activity before covid was better was going gym 6x now i am not doing much exercise as i was before, i will aim to walk everyday regardless of time but when gym reopen i think my numbers will improve i was doing so well when i was going gym. Hopefully gym reopen soon

    I usually eat 3 boiled eggs and tea in the morning and in the evening i will have soup or chicken salad or steak it depends on what i have.

    Hi, Yes, activity changed due to covid and the restrictions and i do workout at home but due to my high blood sugar my motivation to workout has been difficult but my weight has remained the same.

    Hi,, I have been on insulin before and it hasn't helped me i was on it for 10 months or so,no improvements in my fasting or after meal levels. I was taking it regularly every meal, i was even surprised that i didnt see no low blood sugar readings which i have seen on gliclazide and sitagliptin.
