    @Brunneria - chicken liver thawing for pate on Friday evening. Shame no toast :) Stocked up again at butchers for weekend eats. Couldn't resist the mutton or pigskin but added a couple of sage sausages and shin of beef with pig trotters for jelly & fat. Asked about goat spleen - maybe next week.

    Totally. Never thought I'd be full enough to skip meals on such a regular basis as I really wasn't hungry and more importantly knew I wasn't going to be hungry until the meal after. That's LCHF for you if you eat enough fat! Welcome.

    Me too :D. They nicked all my tapes as well. You can get apps on android, including brown noise and also on YouTube but my phone stops after w hours and I wake up. DrummIng seems WAY easier.
