    Was that a slow decline or did you just wake up one morning and it was gone? And why did it happen, do you think? Is your liver no longer fatty? ( I have just thought that this forum can be a weird place, I have just asked a stranger about his fatty liver!!)

    I use fibregel because I find it really difficult to eat enough fibre from real food. Even before t2d I had problems. It tastes OK as long as you drink it quickly! Tbh I find it very useful.
