My waking BG this a.m. was 5.3 mmol/L at 4:00 before taking my Komboglyze.
I'm thinking of switching over to my new 'Accu Chek Guide.' I've been using 'Accu Chek Aviva' for a few years now.
My GP told me the same, he said, 'that's your fuel' He sounded almost impatient. I was expecting my BG to be lower after a 10km run routine. I was taking the nasty Glyburide at the time. I used to get tons of hypos.
Precisely, thanks. I've collapsed once while out running and didn't have my DEX4 with me, but recovered enough to get back to my apt. I'm taking Komboglyze now. I'm much more stable.

Sorry so long in responding, acknowledging. I lose track of chronology very easily. Yes, vary coloured veggies great for antioxidants. I just don't like feeling full any more. I've just realized I've dropped another pant size. That makes four so far. I used to weight 270lbs...

What my former MD said, my running will raise my BG. Probably why I've gone from fasting BG of 5.0 to 5.8 after a 2 or 3 km run. I'm built like a halfback and just dropped four pant sizes over the last two years. Thanks for response.
