Welcome to the Forum: With me it's Low Iron. I'm a regular blood donor and I've been refused donating once because of low iron. My MD put me on Iron medication for a while because of low iron. I use cast iron frying pans and low carb. now.
Woke up to a 'cheater's' BG of 5.9 mmol/L this a.m. (soda crackers and cream cheese at midnight.) Out for a 5.6km threshold run routine this a.m.. Came back with a BG of 5.3 mmol/L. Normally after a hard run my BG goes up..... as per my doctor... hmmmm.
G'Day! I woke up to a BG of 5.7 mmol/L this a.m. Out for a 6km run.
My MD told me that my BG is going to be higher after a run. The chatter is, that just a walk around a couple of blocks will vent accumulated overnight glucose. Funny, when I get to the parking lot I set my HR monitor to run...
T2 for at least eight years, maybe ten. I used to get really tingly feet, but that stopped. I run and cycle regularly. Of course, I low carb, eh. less than 200g of carbs/day.
