Hi not sure about various nutrients. I take vitamin c slow release & I also take vitamin D thru the winter & a B complex supplement. I have dropped some other supplements as I feel like I have way more energy doing lchf!
Hi - how about Greek yoghurt & nuts, cheeses, 9 bars..... I made the crustless quiches last weekend in a 12 hole cake tin & had a couple for brekkie whilst sorting kiddies! They were delish. You could make them the day before.
Hi @Rrar - how about Babybel cheeses, handful of almonds or macadamias, fat bombs, pork scratchings, square of 85% choc...... Hope that helps. I'm sure others will be along with more ideas. :-)
Hi Cath - I'm type 1 and have had 3 since diagnosis (got 7 altogether). I went to a reputable tattooist & informed him I was diabetic & all was fine. They've all healed well & I'll be going back for more! Good luck & enjoy! :-)
