    Hi - just checked on 9 Bars website & can't see palm oil listed in the ingredients. Hope they don't contain it? Do you eat peanut butter & if so which would you recommend as I think Sunpat & Skippy contain palm oil?? Thanks.

    Mmmmm toast! I miss that sometimes and I made flapjack for the kiddies & didn't touch it - that was v hard! I miss a nice big pink lady - ooh er. Right now havin some lovely kp salted nuts!

    Hi just for info the 40gram peanut bars are 10g cho each & sold in Morrisons in packs of 4 & the original bars are 11.5g cho I think & sold in Sainsburys in packs of 4. The ones in Holland & Barrett are 50g size so have more carbs! I love them & they don't seem to spike me. Yum!

    Re: the Tofu - Taifun do some lovely blocks of flavoured ones: almond, olive, basil - varying from 1-3G cho per whole block. Lush in salads & don't have to cook. Waitrose sell them as do some small deli shops.

    Do you keep track of your fibre consumption ?

    I keep a rough track of it but seem to be having enough with the veggies I eat and 9 bars and also dark choc has fibre in too! I did work out I had 18g fibre yesterday and I think that's the RDA.

    I like to chop everything really small : onions, avocado, tom, cucumber & add capers, pinenuts, gherkin too. Sometimes I add chopped feta cubes and then put olive oil on.
