    I’m experiencing lower readings after drinking whey. Read that it helps increase natural insulin ‘production’.

    For the past couple of days I have been drinking flavoured liquid whey (mango or apple) and have noticed a decrease in my blood sugar readings. Has anyone else experienced this? Google only seems to report on the powder.

    Spiders in my house end up in the Hoover, which is then put outdoors for several hours in case it climbs up the nozzle again. Eegit!
