5.9 at 0545hrs. Lower readings all day yesterday - I’m convinced drinking ‘whey’ is helping. Must do more research.

For the past couple of days I have been drinking flavoured liquid whey (mango or apple) and have noticed a decrease in my blood sugar readings. Has anyone else experienced this? Google only seems to report on the powder.
