    6.1 at 0545hrs. Maybe my result would have been ‘better’ if I’d tested when I got up to let dogs out but, in my zombie-like condition, I doubt I’d have found my finger to prick, let alone be able to read the meter. [emoji42][emoji42]

    5.4 at 0530hrs on a ridiculously cold morning (1C) - it’s supposed to be spring for goodness sake!!!!!Brrr......

    6.4 at 0715hrs. I have absolutely Zero willpower at the weekend and nibble everything and anything that comes to hand. My (meagre) UK pension pays for cat and dog food and sundry other pet expenses - they are the ‘luxury’ I allow myself, get me out and about and keep me sane(-ish ).

    Thanks to all the ‚get well‘ wishes after my bout of the ‚dreadeds‘ . Right as rain today and even braved this morning‘s downpour for the last puppy school class. Now Jock needs to attend 10 compulsory classes for ‚Junghunde‘. Time and money!!!

    5.6 at 0615hrs. No more Easter cake for me - I don’t eat chocolate so that wasn’t a problem and I’ve yet to see a potato crisp Easter treat. Now THAT would be my downfall.

    Another 6.1 at 0600hrs - getting to be a habit, although my Italian neighbour’s very rich Easter pie/cake also contributed to this result.
