thanks for congrats. I still don’t understand / can’t get over the different way of thinking UK vs. CH. Once again told definitely no fasting or allowing blood sugar to go below 5 and to keep carbs at 100 per day. [emoji15]
Quarterly check up done and dusted.
Fbs: 6.1
HbA1c: 6.8 (very acceptable by Swiss Standards)
BP: slightly raised today (stress)
Feet check: all OK, soft skin apparently (?)
AND - I’ve lost a further kg since last check up.
And having a third party editing (manipulating?) someone else’s post is a ‚standard‘ you uphold? A private slap on the hand would be more diplomatic. I’m obviously in the wrong place.
5.8 on yet another stormy morning - windchimes going mad (neighbours too probably). [emoji56]
P.s. I baked the low carb Protein Bread yesterday and surprise, surprise it didn’t end up in the garbage bin. FYI @ ianpspurs
5.5 at 0630hrs. Noisy morning - we‘re under today‘s flight path for early morning long-haul flights landing at Zürich Airport! I’ll be trying a recipe for Protein Bread - only 4 carbs per 100gms. It better taste good!!!
