    So with your LCHF you are off meds? sound pretty good. I do run 5 times a week about 8km ( 6 miles) daily & manage to bring my average down from 15 to about 7-8 , but fasting readings are my BIGGEST challenge now. Any suggestions are welcome. thanks

    Hi Lin, those are pretty high numbers!have you tried some natural supplements like fenugreek? I am still working hard to get my fasting BG lower & trying some fat/protien snack before i sleep. Mine is still in the 7-8's mmo/l.

    Wow, that's good to know. Each time i get my BG down from the early's 10-13 down to 6-7 mmo/L i sort of give meyself a break & go back on eating a we-bit more carbs. Will power seem to be lacking & that sort of make life a drag at meal times What's your thoughts on this?
