    Hello, Does anyone have carb and sugar intolerance by which I mean, eating carbs and sugar make you have nausea and other digestif problems? I'm pre diabetic (was 5.9 down to 5.3) have insulin resistance and hyperinsulin Any help would be great Thanks Alicki

    And does it work? In cutting down on carbs and avoiding animal fats and dairy, I find that I'm struggling to get up to 1000 calories per day. So guess I need to up on nuts and olives!!!

    My liver tests are great, the best they ve been in a long time. I was pre diabetic in Jan but had no clue about readings then. My body just can't take any serious carbs anymore, and I'd like to know why - gosh I wish I had been krafts patient!!!

    I want to get to the bottom of this. I had 4.7 after eating yesterday two hours!!!! Cheese raclette! That's low for me - so think the insulin was on the high. No carbs so it would seem that high fat cheese sets off insulin too!!!!!!! This is crazy!!

    Hello, Animal fats (cheese, meat other than chicken) just don't go down well, I put on a lot of weight. low carb is under control. What good high non animal fats can I eat? BTW: do carbs in vegetables count too? Thanks Alicki
