    I tend to eat more fish than before, an occasional potato with skin, veg and fruit. Treats 90% dark chocolate and a couple of glasses of red wine or whisky. Eating out which I love can be a trial - I love good food!

    Even after 6 months still confused although I have lost about 4 stone! If a product says 50g per 100 is carbohydrate with 3 g sugar does that mean 47g are good carbohydrates for type 2’s. To look for next to zero carbs can be very boring.

    Well I’ve lost over 3 stone in 4 months with low carbs! What’s the fuss about these wonder drinks - just needs willpower. And I am still measuring 6.1 bs so still not reversed and probably- I’ve been told never will

    Messed up last night after doing really well and getting bs down to 6.1 and losing over 3 stone. Anyway had 4 slices of lamb and then spent half the night in the bathroom trying to flood the country - is this normal? I shall avoid the red meat again now

    Well 3 months in and just been to nurse. Bg down from 7 to 6.1. Blood pressure was 149/62 now 130/62. Lost 3 stone on low carb diet. A decrease in symptoms - only getting up max 2 times a night, dry mouth improving and generally feeling more inclined to do things. Diet has been a little boring...

    I’ve always suffered with anxiety and am treated for it but am now finding that an anxiety attack increases my urine output . Is this the affect of the adrenaline does anyone know please?

    Yes I am monitored by a specialist for anxiety. Diet is mainly low carb and meds 1X 500 metformin a day. Only diagnosed 2 months ago with a count of 7

    I was diagnosed with T2 6 weeks ago and am on 500mg Merformin a day. On a good low carb diet and lost nearly 21 lbs In that time Is the excessive urine due to the weight loss - it is really depressing me?
