Ok typical day.
Breakfast, 3 boiled eggs chopped up with Butter and Mayo plus 5 thin rashers of streaky bacon.
Lunch, 2 pieces of belly pork, 2 chicken thighs and a few spoonfulls of cabbage.
Tea, a few spoonfulls of minced beef and cabbage.
Supper a few spoonfullsof Greek Yoghurt.
