To be honest I've not been all that bothered about them as I only eat bread on Sunday with my Full English.
2 rounds of Burgen toast.
Just noticed the last few times I've been in they're all gone.
Yes you might be right there.
But I do notice people grabbing giant bags of crisps off the shelf or multi bottles of sugary drinks.
I was one of those people not long ago.
Judging people by whats in their shopping trolly is a bad habit but I think most people do it.
"I bet she has lots of kids and not much money" (Lots of cheap white bread and bags of crisps).
And raising your eyebrows at all the bad food and drink they are buying?
I keep wanting to say something.
"You know that stuff is killing you and your family!"
I've kept my silence so far.
A few weeks ago there was always plenty whenever I went in there.
It's all the publicity they've been getting on here.
I'll have to make do with the Burgen loaf.
The big problem is the world doesn't have enough food for all the people if everybody wants to change to LCHF.
Most of the population has to eat cereals, bread and rice and all the other stuff that we don't, or there won't be enough to go around.
Odd mixture this morning Boil in the bag Kippers with extra butter and a few spoons of cabbage.
Three Linconshire Sausages and two pieces of Belly Pork.
Load of Cauliflower Cheese Sauce few pieces of Breast of Lamb.
Going to return to fasting for 2 days per week, starting next Tuesday and Thursday.
Not sure as I don't weigh myself.
But I have all the symptoms of being in or starting to go into Ketosis.
Only been fully on the LCHF diet for just over 4 weeks, so it may take a few days longer.
To be fair, the Coors isn't great tasting but it's better than not having a drink at all.
I love the Rum and Pepsi myself.
Also make myself a few nibbles of different cheeses instead of all the crisps I used to eat.
