Do you ever walk around the supermarket looking in peoples trollys?

Do you ever walk around the supermarket looking in peoples trollys?

My God why do people get so up tight about some things? No wonder the world is getting sterile. Fear of talking is killing conversation.

What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

To be honest I've not been all that bothered about them as I only eat bread on Sunday with my Full English. 2 rounds of Burgen toast. Just noticed the last few times I've been in they're all gone.

Do you ever walk around the supermarket looking in peoples trollys?

Yes you might be right there. But I do notice people grabbing giant bags of crisps off the shelf or multi bottles of sugary drinks. I was one of those people not long ago.

Do you ever walk around the supermarket looking in peoples trollys?

Judging people by whats in their shopping trolly is a bad habit but I think most people do it. "I bet she has lots of kids and not much money" (Lots of cheap white bread and bags of crisps).

UPDATE TO NICE RECOMMENDATION FOR T2D

The big problem is the world doesn't have enough food for all the people if everybody wants to change to LCHF. Most of the population has to eat cereals, bread and rice and all the other stuff that we don't, or there won't be enough to go around.

    Keto - no weight loss

Not sure as I don't weigh myself. But I have all the symptoms of being in or starting to go into Ketosis. Only been fully on the LCHF diet for just over 4 weeks, so it may take a few days longer.

    Keto - no weight loss

To be fair, the Coors isn't great tasting but it's better than not having a drink at all. I love the Rum and Pepsi myself. Also make myself a few nibbles of different cheeses instead of all the crisps I used to eat.
