Time for new NHS diet guidelines?

That's what I'm doing at the moment but I do miss my toast. And to be honest I feel as if I'm poisoning myself with all this fat I'm eating. Suppose I'm just finding it hard at the moment to believe that eating lots of fat is 'normal'.

Time for new NHS diet guidelines?

After reading that I wonder if I could go back to my old diet of porridge and toast on the days that I go swimming? Then back to HFLC after that. Food for thought; pun intended.

Do we just live too long?

I recently had my cataracts done, (both eyes) If I had still been alive in the stoneage I would have been thrown out of the tribe for being a drain on recourses and being useless to the tribe. People that wear glasses would be in the same boat. It's only medical science that's keeping most...

Do we just live too long?

It would solve a lot of problems if we all died before 40. No type 2 diabetes, no pension timebomb, plenty of jobs for the young ones, no need for more and more houses and roads for cars. Win win as far as I can see.

Support thread for those of us who dont lose weight

Only started the LCHF diet 7 days ago. I thought you automatically lost weight when you went on the low carb high fat diet? If my weight hasn't gone down after 2 months of this diet it goes out the window.
