Hi Neil. That blood test starting with H don't know it as yet but had that done last week came back at 7.2. My cholesterol is 4.7 my BMI is 22.3. I weigh 69.9 kilo and my thyroid has stabilised itself. All what the nurse told me last week. Basically said what ever I am doing is working :-)

Joined this forum tonight. Was diagnosed August 2014 a day before my daughters 21st. Was told I'm type 1 and was on insulin but since September 2014 not injected at all been managing diet control. Still very new to all of this and still sometimes ask "why me" always been slim and active, noticed...
