I did. Cant say I have noticed any difference in pain levels. or sugar levels. I think its very much an individual process.

Can't get blood sugar under control - advice?

Hi, These things take time. Give yourself a couple of weeks. We know that stress does strange things to blood sugar levels so, the more you stress, the higher its going to remain so, if you can, try and worry less and let your system adjust. Weight loss is great so keep up the good work there.

Nine new signings. Had heard of a couple but most are not players I am familiar with. Will see what a week or ten days does to molding the new BWFC.

Thank you. I think I may have had 7-8 good days, in total, in three months. All the effort going into my op just wore me out. My weight plummeted so I ate what i could be it good or bad. Now its more bad than good. But I hope things will get better. And for you as well.

    Slowly starting the journey back

Hi. I am Autistic. Its very much sensory based. My stomach rebels at the taste of foods. I feel nauseous from the smell and sight of foods.

    Slowly starting the journey back

Thanks. Very much baby steps. Last 3-4 months have not been good at all. If I managed half a dozen sugar free days in that time I’d be amazed but I’m trying very hard. Unfortunately I’ve found my list of tolerable foods has shrunk again so the struggle gets a little harder each time.

Thank you. It was just one "picky" individual who didn't like what i was saying. They seemed to take umbrage at it when it didn't actually affect them per se.

Not so sure on the positive aspect of being back here. Not after the negative experience of my last thread. But thank you.

    Slowly starting the journey back

At the risk of offending people who were so negative last time (I removed the thread because of it) I am slowly starting my way back to the land of HbA1c "reasonableness". Its been four months since my operation, Four months of suicidal thoughts, panic attacks, PTSD and more. I haven't...

    2019/20 Football season

Saved indeed!. Though I don't think the new owners have much money so we may still be running the tightest of ships. Relegation a virtual certainty with further punishment to come from the EFL so, at a minimum, an extra 3-6 points. Now we need a manager and some players...

    2019/20 Football season

We were screwed over by an unscrupulous owner whom the EFL deemed fit for the job. Then he refused to pay the players for five months. I don't blame them but the position is 16/17 year olds who, under league rules, can only play once a week in under 18/23 competition, being asked to play...
