    They were both the crunch... Well actually more of a pork 'puff' really same texture but different make to be fair I actually didn't take a note off the fat content.... Should have really.... Talk about a school boy error:-(

    Thanks for the info Azure - regarding the 'fat' effect on insulin and blood sugar you mentioned .... As not been on the DAFNE course been trying to find exactly how/why high fat content has a bearing on insulin and can cause a delayed spike. Is it that the fat suppresses the carb absorption...

    Hi - Hear the course if fantastic but is a full time 5 day course i believe... still waiting to get on it... apparently there is a wait list of over 12 months in my area to get on the couse cant wait!!
