    No-Carb Meals

    I'm lowish carb and lunch for me is salad with either chicken, smoked salmon or smoked mackerel. Either buy from local supermarket for around £4 or plate up at home and take in - no bread. My weight is steady at 72.5kg at 5ft 11in.

    Recent test results are HbA1c 36, lipids good and qrisk 8%, therefore all going in the right direction - so far - thanks for all the good advice and support from the Forum!

    Hi @AdamJames - my HbA1c is around 32 since diagnosis in 09/16 but I still have to get up in the night to pee and I have a dry mouth which needs quenching 2/3 times a night. As you are, I'm looking for solutions.
