    Yay!

Ha - thank you fellow Artemis... [emoji4] -- timely of you to say not to worry about blood sugars - just sat here having a wee stress as misjudged my dins and it shot up more than I'd have liked... So corrected (even though I don't think I need to, just wanted to nudge it back down) and now I...

    Hypo Awareness

I mostly don't feel hypos at all... Very occasionally I'll feel them if I have a very sudden swing, but mostly I literally can't feel a thing... Apt timing as currently heading for one (I have a cgm and it's telling me I'm 4.2 and dropping, with active insulin - meaning without my cgm and pump...

Hypos, How Do You Deal With Them Mentally And Emotionally?

Hi Col101, I don't know if I have any magic solution to this but wanted to say I think what you're feeling is completely normal... I'm guessing you were diagnosed relatively recently...? I was diagnosed three years ago and sometimes hypos still trip me up and knock my confidence for a little...

    Yay!

... After a little time away from the forum, I wanted to share some news... [emoji4] -- having been trying to conceive for over 2 years, I was a little bit shocked when it actually said 'positive'...! But after two digital tests, two pee stick tests, a dip test at my GP's and a lab test, I...

    Happy News! [emoji93]

Hello... I've been away from the forum for a little while - basically busy moving (twice!) and getting married - but I just found out this!! As you can see I double checked it a few times... [emoji2] That was on Tuesday and I've since had a 'lab test' through my GP, and it's definitely...

Stopped taking Insulin- sugar levels ok but not gaining weight.

This sounds similar to Dan & Sally Roman (google them) who have two boys they have done this with... I can only assume the ultra low-carb and unprocessed food is keeping your son in the honeymoon phase. As to his weight, he'll be in ketosis, which is why he won't be gaining weight...

    Pump advice

I have the 640g and love it -- but -- its my first pump so no comparison point. I also use the CGM function which is why I love it (for its suspend before low feature) -- without the sensors I would *guess* it's fairly similar to the other options you have... Good luck!
