    Yes- severely. When showering or washing hair use Cotten wool/tissue smothered in Vaseline to prevent water entering ear. Shampoos/conditioner can trigger it.

    Xylitol is best replacement. Dr Berry states that if your palate tastes sugar - (sweetness or maybe even watching someone eat something sweet maybe) can raise Insulin.     Onion Soup Fry onions in butter. Put in saucepan with water, salt/pepper/nutritional yeast/stock. Boil, simmer, I added double cream to each bowl - but you can add to pan. Very enjoyable
