    Wishing you the best of luck with your operation , hope all goes well . How you stood the. Side effects for 10 yeasts is amazing I only lasted 3 months on metformin as I could not handle the symptoms you describe.

    Tried 3 different statins couldn't tolerate any of them. They caused extreme joint pain.

    The last cortisone jab I had in my knee last September sent my blood glucose from 5,s into the 9 ,s for a few days then went back to normal o we the following week . If they get the jab in the right place it's well worth it and lasts about 4 months.

    I buy in bulk, at least a dozen at a time and most days I have half of one for breakfast so they last approx 2/3 weeks . I get one from the freezer and zap it on defrost in microwave for a couple of minutes and it. Ones out as fresh as the day it was bought.
