    Hi, I love their pita bread,4g carbs,they're quite big,I have one most days,but instead off splitting & filling, I place the filling,eggs & bacon etc, on one side & fold over.     Yesterday B - Egg,2 bacon,2 tbls of 50% less sugar baked beans on a low carb pita bread L - Veg oxo drink. Half a protein roll,buttered & filled with chicken & salad. Jam crumble slice D - Cottage pie with cauliflower mash. Sugar free jelly & greek yoghurt
