    My GP says he will be happy with a Total of 7 - 7.5. I think maybe he is thinking that as I am 78 I will be popping off soon anyway, so why make my last days miserable? I would love to surprise him with a lower number.

    Anyone been shopping yet?

    I am still food shopping despite having several risk factors. I find that if I hit the supermarkets in town by about 8.30am they are almost empty. I suspect town centre supermarkets without free parking are much quieter than the out of town ones.
