    Not soya - just almond milk. I discovered it at Nursery as one of the children has to have it due to allergies. There are sweetened and unsweetened versions - obviously unsweetened is the way to go for us :)

    No idea on the % I'm afraid as I don't track that way :) Basically I'm not eating any starchy carbs - apart from the overnight oats I have most days for breakfast (made with almond milk and fat free yoghurt) Other meals involve lots of veg or salad with lean meat.     I've swapped to almond milk with my oats and in coffee instead of the skimmed I was using. Less sugar and tastes OK :)

    4.3 today. Friday at last - YAY! Had a very stress week - anxiety that I thought was well under control turns out t be still lurking and waiting to break though. Any thoughts of coming off citralopram put firmly in their place.

    4.2 today :) Up early for a sunday to sort out stuff for church - too much on yesterday to get to is as had super day with daughter over at her Uni and then went to a quiz night in the evening with friends ( we won :) the prize was a bag of Easter eggs :( - sigh )

    Toast has that effect on me - I am fine with lots of other different carbs - but any toast gives me horrible spikes

    I follow a lady on instagram who has lost over 300 pounds - and she reports that she now can put on 15-20 pounds over a weekend of not watching what she eats- that must be water retention cause then it's gone again in a few days back on the diet. :(
