just got my result 6.8. I'm a bit worried. i no i have had some kidney damage for years but not sure how bad thus is. I'm type 1 for over 43 years. Hbc1 is 6.5 and my blood pressure is very good .but do take tablets for it.:(

thanks i'll give it a go . i use to eat lots of mackerel but it upset my stomach and i always smelt of fish also made my blood pressure drop to low ... but i did have a glossy coat :)

i have lots of back pain and have been told i have Lumbar Osteophytes (Bone Spurs) i dont want to take stronger pain killers. all the ones i have been given are bad for my kidneys etc. but how bad is cod liver oil. how much too take? there is a lot of confliting idea's thanks

How do you keep your pump dry when having a shower. my pump is not waterproof so i wait until it need refilling and total remove everthing or i unplug the infusion set and take it off. the trouble with doing this i find that the sticky on the cannula come unstuck and it needs replacing anyway...
