    4.3 this morning - a tad low methinks However, fingers crossed as I will have blood tests this morning - I hope that my HbA1c levels will show more what I have managed to achieve since diagnosis - I so want to reduce the Glic .....

    awww ... how awful for you. I think you need to go back to your doctor and find out more info. The more information you have, the better you can decide how to go forward. I cannot do without porridge a few days a week. I am sure somebody will be along soon to tag @daisy1 who will provide you...
